A murder that was! (Remembering Arushi)

The "Arushi Murder Case" rocked India last year. It was the biggest "Reality TV Show" aired 24/7 on the news channels. Let's review the happenings and remember little Arushi.

Noida Police had cracked the case and invited a press conference where; Dr. Rajesh Talwar was charged as — the prime accused. IGP, Meerut Zone admitted of Dr. Talwar's 'high-connections' and subsequent pressure induced on their investigations. Sad, fate had other plans.

Talwar's 'high-connections' worked and, Mayawati transferred Noida Police's challenging efforts to the CBI. The primary investigation agency of the country made a probable mess. The punchline blasting the television sets was — "How NOT to investigate a Murder".
"Arushi Murder Case" was detoured to some unreasonable consequences. Krishna and that other guy are in Maovadi Nepal, Dr. Talwar released and the rest is immaterial.

► Dr. Talwar (Arushi's father) saw something which he couldn't digest on that fate less night ...

► Key points —
► Postmortem report indicated Arushi's death between 2-3 AM.

► The matter was reported after 7AM to the police.
► Arushi's mother informed that, her daughter's room was locked everyday by them; at about 11 in the night. (Reasons unknown.)

► Parents slept in the adjacent room.
► Police investigation proved that Arushi's parents were awake at the time of murder.

► Police investigation also proved that Hemraj was murdered first and then Arushi.

► Police clarified that Dr. Rajesh Talwar consumed liquor that night.

► Police said — both murders were not executed immediately: there was sufficient time-gap
.

Points to understand

► Arushi's mother threw house keys to the maid from the balcony. What were waiting for? Five hours of wait with a dead body in the house is in no terms justified and that too the body of their own blood. Police investigation found out that — a call was made to Canada, to a family member at about 5 in the morning. Before this, a call landed at CBI HQ from Krishna's mobile phone: just a day before the murder. Was he trying to communicate something?
► During Police investigation — the Talwar's couldn’t exactly tell what clothes their respective spouse was wearing that night? (Strange but true)
► Arushi’s parents left for Haridwar on the same day. They ignored police request to return; when they were informed about Hemraj’s found body. What was the hurry? (It is assumed that the murder weapon may have been dropped in the holy Ganges by the Talwars — the murder weapon is missing till date!)
► Noida Police reported illicit relation between Dr. Talwar and Dr. Anita Durrani — Arushi knew of this through Hemraj. Dr. Talwar said that he was constantly blackmailing him. Dr. Talwar learnt that, Hemraj was double-crossing him. He collected money and whispered their promoscuity in his circle.
► Police did not comment on — why both mobile phones were destroyed and could not be found especially Arushi’s. Why was her mobile destroyed? (No answers)
► Rumours galore — the investigation agency wasn't providing complimentary service to the Talwars.

► Everyone knows who killed them —
► Pathetic — The judicial system was compromised again!

► MONEY TALKS!

Andromeda of Politics —

You have the power to imagine. See prospects beyond one’s native imagination.

Imagine politics as a BIG space (cosmos) where every politician wants to venture the universe of Democracy. Just like, infinite black cosmos — political space has many features; stars of different size and shapes, planets and, their revolving satellites (moons), asteroids, comets … in fact a complete galaxy filled with unknown black holes — Dangerous but, intriguing. Since, you have the power to imagine — you must have decoded — what these heavenly bodies mean w.r.t. political equivalents.

The UPA is like a galaxy of multiple (and random) political–planetary system. There are two major galactic systems floating in our Democratic Universe: One — The UPA (United Progressive Alliance) and, Two — The NDA. (National Democratic Alliance)

There’s a spurt of other galaxies too; smaller in size with half life; very different to the natural galaxies — these galaxies are some random formation of political–planetary system with their own planets and their satellites e.g. if an MP is a planet then his followers will be his satellites (moons).

Universal laws of Physics does not apply here.

Unlike natural planets, political equivalent can shift their orbit at given any moment — same norm applies to their moons too i.e. a particular moon of a particular (political) planet can choose to orbit a very different planet. Therefore, it becomes crucial for that planet to generate abundant gravitational energy (pull), so that its moons are firmly bonded and inline to a predefined orbit.

Here, planets can be naturally classified into; male or female planets — though, there’s always a possibility of a ‘third’ type — meandering in the lower sub-systems of this vast universe.

Universal laws of Physics does not apply here.

And, then there are some who are like asteroids and comets; that come from nowhere — play their stint (or stunt) and are then reflected back to … again nowhere (imagine SP candidate from Lucknow.) Asteroids are those vast sections of party workers, who have nothing else to do other than revolve around their respective planets (Netas).

This Democratic Universe is not an absolute vacuum. It is filled with various electro-magnetically charged gages whose motion and paths are influenced by various political–planetary systems. Also noticeable are “Black Holes” whose attributes still needs to be investigated.

As you know that a black-hole is the densest object known in the Universe — so dense, that even light fails to pass through it! Its magnetic power is unimaginable and — sucks everything into its center i.e. “point of singularity”.

Political “black-holes” are “negative destiny” in a political space. Such is its power that even big political galaxies aren’t spared. Recently, BJP led NDA became victim of this BIG BLACK HOLE! Such was its density that even Advani’s solar flares got miserably sucked into it.

All galaxies (including their subsets) floating in this Democratic Universe are radioactive in nature. Various political elements in this space emit some form of radiation. These elements may also gain … what we call — “critical size.” This size may apply to a single planet or a group of planets i.e. a political–planetary system. Critical size may directly affect other political elements or groups who haven’t — in fact, the present constellation does not allow any planet or its subsystems to reach this size.

Theoretically speaking — critical size invokes fission and i.e. an irreversible process. Hence, if any planet’s size grows to the extent of this size — it is immediately divided.

Reason behind "Low voter turnout"

I have been posting on various forums/discussions boards; especially media based sites. Many of those were not published due to editorial norms. I do not blame them. They reserve the right to air/block third party views.

I want to exercise my rights too!

Right to express my views and — accept others views too. I'll do it here —

Recently, I replied to a topic created posted by a news channel on their website. (see blog title)
My reply never made it on their page — here's my view;

"Low voter turnout" is a huge and a complex issue — but, first — how many out of the big billion have — Voter ID cards?

Second — who is to be blamed for, low key voting?

It would be highly inappropriate to solely blame us for this. People know it very well — what a Vote means and, the value it carries when that button is pressed on EVM. People also know their candidates and therefore, in my opinion — they don't want to waste their precious Vote on candidates — “NOT WORTHY” in their eyes or senses (Absolutely justified!)

Political parties’ fielding candidates upon their own discretion DOES NOT capacitate to
people voting for them, though theoretically speaking — one must and, should Vote.

Our democracy is facing two-way practice of abeyance for quite a some time now. One: Political abeyances from actualizing people’s democracy through commitments prescribed on their own manifesto and, Two: Voter’s abeyances from feeding, democracy with fresh air of votes — both practices, compliment each other on tangent. (Not conducive)

Discussing political abeyances is a sensitive issue.

Yes! Voter’s abeyances may be discussed to a certain extent. Voter’s apathy NOT to stand in-queue for his/her democratic statement, is in itself — A STATEMENT — this is people’s motion of antitrust against political corporations. This should not be made into a laughing stock like — “Pappu can’t Vote #?$%!” — As a matter of fact — “Pappu doesn’t wants to Vote!” — And, that’s very simple: reasons stated above.

To add, insult to injury — illegal immigrants with ration cards and voter identity card are frisked to vote. (And, Why won’t they?)

I haven’t seen the Press talk much about — Rule No. 49(O) in the Conduct of Election Rules 1961 that says — "Elector deciding not to vote - If an elector, after his electoral roll number has been duly entered in the register of voters in Form 17 A and has put his signature or thumb impression thereon as required under sub-rule (1) of rule 49L, decided not to record his vote, a remark to this effect shall be made against the said entry in Form 17A by the presiding officer, and the signature or thumb impression of the elector shall be obtained against such remark."

In my opinion, Rule No. 49(O) is an instrument of accountability provided by our Constitution — though, it has remained off-key well before I was born. I was talking about; people’s motion of antitrust against political corporations —

This is that antitrust law provided to us, by our constitution. To protect us — the voters — and maintain — democratic integrity.

So, the next time you see a Pappu — don’t laugh or scorn —
► Tell him to exercise his/her VOTE through 49(O)

Did Vajpayee’s absence effect BJP?

► Yes, perhaps in a certain way. People still identify Vajpayee with BJP's central identity — His absence, suffered party's ethos.

Replying to a question by NDTV on what went wrong: in fact, one journalist from the channel asked — is it not right to say that, BJP turned this election into a misfortune? To which, Sushma Swaraj replied that — it's still premature to comment and, the party will ponder over it.
(Strange!)

Party’s prime ministerial cut-out remarked that — election results completely took them by surprise!
(Strange Again!)

Then why, I and so many others did not have to predict the result six months back? Almost everyone knew (or had this blunt hunch) that, Congress will be the ruling party with Dr. Singh chairing the cabinet. I personally, wasn’t keen to delve into other configurations AND — I’m not a die-hard Fan of the Congress.

BJP’s denial of, under-evaluating its own voters, is a clear reflection of theological dysentery within the party — how can he say that, the results surprised them? Are they trying to hint that, people conspired against them?

What happened to Advani’s vociferous concerns — “videsho me rakha kala-dhan, wapas desh me laayenge” — “will bring all black money from abroad.”

Why it took more than five years to say this? He could have actually done this when he was in power!

Anyways, I’m happy that election results gave its piece of mind to the exit polls. Follow traffic rules before crossing the road — see Left, see Right and walk the Centre.

The UPA / NDA seat difference crossed a century.
